Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • Report the issue within 30 days of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos showing the problem.

  • Approved claims will be resolved at no extra cost.


Returns for Other Reasons

We do not normally accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or color.
If you choose to accept these returns, it will be at your expense, and reshipping will also be your responsibility.


Lost, Unclaimed, or Incorrect Address Orders

  • Packages returned due to wrong addresses or unclaimed shipments are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Unclaimed items may be donated to charity if not collected.
